How Rawr Foods Ltd. collects, uses and protects your personal data. Last updated: June 2026.

Who we are

Rawr Foods Ltd. ("Rawr", "we", "us") is a manufacturer of bespoke chocolate, coatings and compounds, registered in England & Wales. Our registered address is Unit 39 Corringham Rd Ind Est, Corringham Road, Gainsborough, DN21 1QB, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. What we collect

When you contact us or submit an enquiry through this website, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the information you give us about your product and project. If you correspond with us afterwards, we keep that correspondence. Our website also uses essential cookies needed for it to function (such as a session cookie); we do not use advertising cookies.

How we use your data

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, assess whether your project is a fit, prepare samples and quotations, and manage our business relationship with you. Enquiries are stored in our customer-relationship system. Our legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating and promoting our business.

Sharing and transfers

We never sell your personal data and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only with service providers who support the running of our business (such as IT and hosting providers), under contracts that protect it.

Retention

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we have an ongoing relationship or a genuine prospect of one, and afterwards only as long as we need them to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these, email enquire@rawrfoods.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be published on this page.
